Who We Are
The Law Officers are appointed by Her Majesty the Queen:
HM Procureur, the equivalent of HM Attorney General, and who holds the office of HM Receiver General,
HM Comptroller, the equivalent of HM Solicitor General, and who holds the office of HM Deputy Receiver General.
They are supported by the Law Officers' Chambers which comprises five legal teams, including crown advocates, advocates, lawyers and support staff, and a business support team. Please click Organisational Chart to access the latest organisational chart.
