HM Procureur said "We are pleased to have recently been able to assist the US Department of Justice investigation into Roger Ng's role in a multibillion-dollar bribery and money laundering scheme involving Malaysia's state-owned investment and development fund. As with other requests for mutual legal assistance which we receive, we stand ready with other competent authorities around the world to assist in the investigation of corporate corruption and to ensure that those who perpetrate complex criminal schemes for profit are held accountable for their crimes."
