States of Guernsey publishes report and strategy in relation to money laundering, terrorist financing and proliferation financing

The States of Guernsey has published a report (available here) on its second National Risk Assessment of the money laundering and terrorist financing risks presented by individual sectors and products within the jurisdiction,  and its first National Risk Assessment in relation to the financing of proliferation of weapons of mass destruction. As with the first National Risk Assessment, members of the Law Officers Chambers were closely involved in the risk assessment process and the drafting of the report.

The  States of Guernsey has also published a National Strategy for Combatting Money Laundering, Financing of Terrorism and Financing of Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction (available here). Members of the Law Officers Chambers played a key role in the development and drafting of the National Strategy.
