Introduction of Secondary Pensions

Lawyers from the Law Officers' Chambers have been working in close collaboration with colleagues across the States to enable the introduction of secondary pensions to Guernsey, including drafting the necessary legislation. The scheme, which is expected to have lasting benefits for our Island community, will be implemented from 1^st July.
